iOS 5 今個星期會有. 最精采的 upgrade，應該不是 iCloud，是什麼？估估。：）

SJ 安息，於是常聽到旁人討論。 卻發覺一個現象。   不同人對他不同的稱呼，可認識這個人 叫 “喬布斯" 的，恐怕只認識 iPhone 和 iPad，並分不出 MBA 和 MBP 有什麼分別。（或者連這是什麼也不知道） 叫 “Steve Jobs" 的，應是有基本理解。 叫 “Steves"，有很多蘋果 user 的朋友。 叫 “教主"，一定有很多蘋果Product，或者研究他或Apple很多，或很尊敬他。 叫 “Pirate"，認識很久。 叫 “SJ"，是知道 why he matters. 但未必是 hardcore user 叫 “S"，恐怕是與蘋果同生共死的 hardcore user / staff。 還有一個 — 叫 “賈伯斯" 的，是台灣人。   喬布斯是譯名，譯自 “Jobs"。 妙在，聖經中有個人物也叫 Job – 約伯（智慧文學）。 按常理，Jobs 就是以 Job 為姓氏的衍生，像 Williams (e.g. Robert Williams), Roberts (e.g. Julia Roberts)   “約伯"，現代人稱為 “喬布斯" 😀

SJ 很多人都認識，Apple i-series 產品也深入香港。 但是，Apple 的個人電腦品牌 – “Macintosh" 的名稱來源，你知道否？ Macintosh 和 Google 一樣，都是一個 typo. 🙂 Macintosh，本來應為 McIntosh (without “a"). 是一種蘋果品種。 (p.s. Google，本來應為Googol，字義是10 power 100）

10月1日去了Apple Store，即時感覺係， Mac 1-2年內㑹在香港市場成為主流。 另，Mac OSX Lion 只出了一個Quarter? 感覺上像比 Windows 7 還久。 Mac OS 特徵之一，是User很想很快用新OS；Windows？Windows 95/98/98se/2000 等仲有人用緊。

one of the good thing Mac can do, is can type these symbol very easily & directly by keyboard alone: ≤≥≠±÷ ∞™€¢£ (for ≤≥≠÷, the mac’s wonder-script: AppleScript, use them as operators in the programming language) and the most special symbol – i wonder what is the unicode of that 🙂 (browser can’t show, those with mac try: option + shift + K)

Found a bug in Apple’s Newest Time Capsule: reproduce-able by: 1. Open Time Machine, select your Time capsule as backup 2. When backup initiated, click OFF to cancel 3. Close Time Machine, and reopen 4. error -6584 popup
