Team building philosophy

It’s don’t even worth a buck $1 to hire a non-contributing staff, and it worth more than a million annual salary to hire a passionated staff.   Mathematically, a team of 5 staff, 5 navy, each with 2 point of contribution, it makes a 2x2x2x2x2 = 32 as the team output, as there is synergy between teammates. same number of staff, but 5 pirate, each with 8 point of contribution, it makes a 8x8x8x8x8 = 32,768 as the team output. Compare between navy 32 and the pirate 32,768 — 1000 times!! This is one of the secret of Navy vs Pirate, my UXOM theory.
